PARKING

Grandstand Parking is FREE

WEATHER/EVENT POLICY

  • If heats are completed, event is considered a complete show.
  • If heats are not completed all tickets and pit passes can be exchanged for an event of equal value. Refunds will be available under special circumstances, mail in only

Camping

Primative Camping (No Hookups) is available for FREE at the back of the main grandstand parking area.

Trackside Camping (No Hookups) is available for $100 on the backstretch area of the track. Paved spots. All occupants must purchase a pit pass. RESERVE HERE!

  • Must park in marked stalls.
  • No reservations needed for Main Grandstand Camping.
  • Reservations needed for Trackside Camping. Will be assigned upon arrival, first come, in order of spots.
  • RVs or toterhomes attached to a race car trailer will be allowed to camp in the pit area at no additional cost.
  • RV/Toy Hauler/Etc are allowed in pit stalls with purchase of an additional stall.
  • Camping is not allowed in any other areas of the facility and will be asked to move.

Pit Stall Parking
PURCHASE HERE!

  • Purchase by Section. Stalls will be assigned.
  • Must fit in the Painted Lines.
  • RVs or toterhomes attached to a race car trailer will be allowed to camp in the pit area at no additional cost.
  • Parking will begin on Tuesday of each respective race week.
  • Any spots not sold will be assigned on a first come, first served, basis.
  • Overflow parking will be to the side of the fan parking lot.

Transponders

  • XR Events utilize Westhold and MyLaps/AMB Transponders. If you do not have a transponder rentals will be available.
  • $25 Rental Per Day
  • Used pouches available for $10 if needed

Pit Vehicle Permits

Due to insurance regulations ANY Pit Vehicle (Passenger Car, ATV, UTV, Pit Bike, Etc) MUST HAVE a permit sticker at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway grounds.

  • One sticker per vehicle.
  • Pedal Bikes are not allowed in the Pits.
  • No Exceptions.
  • Those caught without a pass will be required to purchase one.

  • Chemical alterations, vulcanizing, tire softening, defacing, and/or altering the face of the tire lettering and/or tire stamping will not be permitted.
  • Tires may be inspected and/or tested at any time.
